• Substantial and healthy buffet breakfast

Prices for extra beds:

Children up to 3 years stay free of charge.

We charge per day for extra beds:

• For children from 4 to 10 years 29 €
• For children from 11 to 16 years 43 €
• For adolescents and a 3rd person 17 years or older 58 €.

Breakfast is included.

Prices for single with child in double room:

1 adult + child up to 3 years: Price for double room as single room 1 person
1 adult + child from 4 to 10 years: Price for double room 1 person + 29 €
1 adult + child from 11-16 years: Price for double room 2 persons.

Telephone:

Per unit we calculate 0,25 €.

Spa tax:

The customary spa tax will be charged depending on the season.

Wellness area:

5 € per day / room (Finnish log sauna, Turkish-Roman steam bath and experience showers)
The Wellness area is closed at the moment.

Small pets (on request only, please):

• For a small pet we calculate 16 € per day.
• A small pet is for example a dog who stands no more than 30 cm tall at the shoulder.

Additional information:

• Your room will be ready for you from 4pm on the day of your arrival. Please let us know if you arrive after 6pm.
• On the departure day the room is available to you till 11am.
• We accept the following ways of payment: Cash, EC/Maestro, VISA and MasterCard
• The price is due with departure.

Trip cancellation insurance:

We strongly advise you to purchase travel insurance. Ask for the relevant forms when booking. In case of an online booking at our homepage you can order a trip cancellation insurance from the company Allianz-Insurance directly in the booking dialog.
